- Included: 2 months of complimentary support with every theme purchase.
- Access: Get a private invite to our Slack — ask questions directly, we’ll answer.
- Renewal: At the time of purchase or any time after, you can purchase an annual support agreement for your purchased theme. These support agreements are based on a 12 month term and your account will auto-renew annually (12 months).
What you get
- Slack support: Ask us questions; you’ll get direct responses from the Dripyard team or another community member.
- Response time: Typically receive a response in the next USA business day (often faster).
- Updates: Ongoing theme updates including bug fixes and new components.
What support does not include
- Custom theming or teaching you how to theme.
- Writing new components from scratch.
- Step-by-step training in Drupal’s admin UI.
- Advanced support and training is available through our consulting options.
