One-Week Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product purchased from Dripyard, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund under this satisfaction guarantee, you must contact us at [email protected] within the seven-day period and include:
- Your order ID or purchase confirmation
- An explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations
Your feedback helps us improve our products and support experience. Refund requests submitted after the seven-day period will not be eligible under this guarantee.
No Returns or Refunds for Digital Goods After the Guarantee Period
Except as described above, all purchases of digital products, downloads, licenses, subscription access, templates, code, or other intangible items from Dripyard are final and non-refundable. Because digital content can be accessed, copied, or stored immediately after purchase, it is not possible to verify that it has been completely “returned.”
We’ll Work With You
Your satisfaction matters. If you experience a problem with a download, file corruption, account access, or you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate purchase), please reach out using the support options provided within the Services. We will make reasonable efforts to help you resolve the issue, which may include:
- Re-enabling or extending download access
- Providing a fresh download link or updated files
- Troubleshooting installation or activation problems
- Correcting duplicate or clearly erroneous charges
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Where required by law, we will honor those rights (for example, where a mandatory cooling-off period or specific refund right applies).
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms. If a refund is issued under the satisfaction guarantee or at our discretion, any associated license keys, credentials, or access rights may be revoked and your ability to use or update the digital product may be disabled.
