Frequently asked questions

All FAQs
Do Dripyard themes support multilingual and RTL languages such as Arabic?

Yes! All Dripyard themes are fully multilingual and take advantage of Drupal's translation APIs where appropriate. All of our themes are designed and tested with RTL (right to left) layouts.

What if I need a customization that’s not available in the theme?

Dripyard themes include over 50 professionally designed components to cover most use cases. However, if your project requires custom functionality or design beyond what’s included, we offer premium customization services. Our team can design and build bespoke components tailored to your needs. Contact us for a quote and our current hourly rate.

What kind of support is included?

Each Dripyard theme purchase includes two months of complimentary support, accessible via Slack or our contact form. This covers theme-related questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.

After the initial support period, you can renew your support agreement at any time. Visit our Support page for renewal options and pricing.

Do I need a license key to use a Dripyard theme?

No. Dripyard themes do not require a license key or any external connection to our servers. Once downloaded, the theme is fully self-contained and will continue to function even if our servers are offline. For more information, see our Licensing page.

What accessibility standards do Dripyard themes meet?

Our themes are built to comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines. This includes semantic markup, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and ARIA best practices.

However, full accessibility depends on content authors following best practices (e.g., providing descriptive alt text, form labels, and structured content). We have lots more information in our Accessibility Statement. Check it out!

Whenever I've had questions about how the experts are handling *best practices* in Drupal themes, I start by looking at what Mike (Dripyard) has done. When you use one of their themes you know you're getting code that's well thought out, based on real-experience, and demonstrates best practices.
