Dripyard was founded by two long-time Drupal contributors with a shared passion for building sustainable, world-class themes.

Mike Herchel, co-founder and lead frontend developer, was the primary developer behind Drupal’s default theme, Olivero. He also contributes to the Claro admin theme and Drupal CMS, and maintains Drupal core’s CSS subsystem—helping define the styling standards that shape Drupal itself. 

Andy Giles, co-founder and lead backend developer, has worked with Drupal for more than 15 years. A prolific contributor, he maintains over 30 open source projects on Drupal.org, many in the Drupal Commerce ecosystem. 

Dripyard’s themes are lightning fast. We optimize CSS and JS to only load when necessary. Image styles used modern formats, and fonts are preloaded as necessary.

The menu system in Neonbyte received extra love. It can either support one level of items, or multiple levels (megamenu). It also has support for menu card content built in.

It's beautiful, and built to be highly accessible with appropriate markup, disclosure buttons as needed, and testing at all viewport widths.

Neonbyte is fully translatable using Drupal's robust translation APIs. It fully supports RTL layouts for right-to-left languages such as Hebrew and Arabic. It also includes an integrated language switcher component in the default header.

Neonbyte is tested and optimized for mobile and tablet usage, just as it is for desktop (maybe even more). It has large tap targets, thought out interactions, and logical mobile layouts built in.
